Unleash the power of multi-location settings for your Cal.com bookings

You should do this as part of putting prospective attendees at ease. Setting up events with multi-location options is a simple and straightforward process that only takes a few minutes. How to add multiple locations:

  • Sign in to your Cal.com account.

  • Select the event you want to edit or create a new one.

  • Scroll down to locations.

  • Click "+ Add a Location."

  • Select the location you want to add as an option.

  • Click the "Update" button.

  • Repeat until you've added all the locations needed.

  • Finally, click the "Save" button in the upper right-hand corner.

Adding multiple locations to your Cal.com bookable event is an easy way to connect with and empower your clients. It might mean little to you whether a meeting is held on Zoom, Google Meet, or Cal video, but it can make a world of difference to the other party.
